How your Fenix&Embers pieces get to you, and when.

How long it takes

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from when you place them.

After that, it depends on the shipping option you pick:

  • Economy: 5-8 Business days
  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Priority: 1–2 business days

Total: about a week with Standard, about half that with Priority.

How much it costs

Three options at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping: $5.90
  • Standard shipping: $7.90
  • Priority shipping: $9.90

Spend $125 or more and Priority shipping is on us. Free, fast, no code needed.

Where Fenix&Embers ships

United States only at this time, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

International shipping isn't available yet — but if you're outside the U.S. and want to know when that changes, join the email list. You'll be the first to hear.

After you order

You'll get an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking link within 24 hours of shipping.

A note on peak periods

During holidays, drop weeks, or major launches, processing can take 1–2 extra business days. We'll always tell you upfront if that's the case.

If you're ordering for a specific date, a wedding, a trip, an event, give yourself a little extra time, or pick Priority at checkout. If you're cutting it close, reach out and we'll help you figure out timing.

If something goes wrong:  If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days and we'll try to make it right, ASAP.

Fenix&Embers uses tracked shipping on every order, so we can usually figure out what happened and get you a resolution within 1–2 business days.
