Fenix&Embers pieces are designed to feel like yours from the moment they arrive. But online shopping is online shopping, and sometimes a piece doesn't land the way you hoped.

That's what this is for. 

Every Fenix&Embers customer gets their first return on us.

  • Free return shipping (we send the label)
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • No restocking fees, no awkward back-and-forth

After your first return, future returns are still welcome, you'll just cover the return shipping. 

The window

30 days from the date your order is delivered.

What's eligible

  • Full-price items only
  • Unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached
  • In the original packaging where possible

Sale items are can be returned for store credit.

Items marked Final sale cannot be returned. 

Exchanges

Want a different size or a different piece entirely? Exchanges work the same way , first exchange is on us, free shipping both ways. Same 30-day window.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at fenix@fenixandembers.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid label within 24 hours.

Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Exchanges ship out on the same day we receive your return.

A note on damaged or wrong items

If your piece arrives damaged or it's not what you ordered, that's on us, not on your "first return." Email us within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately, regardless of whether you've used your free return before.
